Apparel Design & Manufacturing

At this stage, the produced fabrics enter a professional garment development and manufacturing system that covers all technical, visual, and branding details.

  • Model design and industrial pattern making according to the desired style and target market

  • Sample development through Proto / Fit / PPS stages, with technical revisions until the final approved form is achieved

  • Production of women’s, men’s, and children’s garments under OEM / ODM / Private Label models

  • Step-by-step quality control (Inline QC) and final quality inspection (Final QC) on the finished product

Fabric Supply & Production

Using the fibers and yarns we supply, we produce fabrics that meet technical standards and brand requirements, fully prepared for direct entry into garment manufacturing.

  • Design and development of fabric samples based on technical specifications and the desired style
  • Fabric production with the required yarn composition, pattern, color, GSM, and weave/knit structure
  • Supply of various woven and knitted fabrics, including solid-dyed, printed, jacquard, textured, and more
  • Fabric quality control before cutting and transfer to garment production units

Fiber & Yarn Supply

We manage the garment production chain from the very first stage — fibers and yarns — in collaboration with reputable manufacturers in Turkey and Iran, ensuring that the final product’s quality is guaranteed from the foundation.

  • Supply of various natural, synthetic, and blended fibers (cotton, wool, viscose, bamboo, polyester, Lycra, etc.)
  • Supply of yarns in different deniers, counts, and twists (DTY, FDY, POY, Spun, Filament)
  • Selection of the most suitable yarn type based on the final application of the fabric and garment
  • Initial quality control and complete technical documentation of specifications for subsequent production stages

Research & Development (R&D)

The R&D unit acts as the guarantor of quality and the central coordinator across all stages of the garment production system, covering three main areas:

  • Providing decision-making data for the fiber and yarn sourcing units, fabric production units, and garment manufacturing teams, ensuring precise and well-coordinated execution throughout the supply chain.
  • Reviewing samples at every stage of production and delivering the required technical corrections to achieve a standardized, accurate, and error-free final product.
  • Technical coordination with the customer during the final approval stage, through complete documentation and the provision of Quality Control Reports (Final Approval & QC Reports).

Collaboration & Order Placement Process

The cooperation process with Arnika Talaye Sabz is designed based on transparency, organization, and quality control at every stage.
From the first point of contact to final delivery, each step is carried out with technical documentation, clear communication, and full coordination to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

1️⃣ Inquiry & Order Request
Order details and technical specifications are received from the buyer through the order form, WhatsApp, or email.

2️⃣ Technical Analysis & Design
Evaluation of raw materials, fabric, model, pattern, order quantity (MOQ), and production requirements to estimate cost and delivery time.

3️⃣ Proforma Invoice & Proto Sample
A formal proforma invoice is issued along with a prototype sample, technical package, and necessary documents for customer approval.

4️⃣ Confirmation & Production Agreement
After approval of the sample and conditions, an official production contract is signed, including technical details, financial terms, and confirmed timeline. (Production Agreement)

5️⃣ Production & Quality Control
Manufacturing is carried out in selected facilities under continuous technical supervision, with stage-by-stage quality control according to international standards. (Production / QC / Packing)

6️⃣ Export & Delivery
Final packaging, customs procedures, and international shipping (by land, sea, or air) are completed until delivery to the buyer’s destination.(Packing / Export Shipment)
